Fun at Work

At Grind All, we believe work should be more than just tasks and deadlines! We believe that work should be something you enjoy showing up for. A big part of that is the people you work with. That’s why we make time to come together, celebrate milestones, and share a few laughs along the way.

From our annual Christmas party to sunny-day picnics, we don’t miss a chance to relax, eat great food, and connect outside of the daily grind. Birthdays, work anniversaries, and team wins all get a little extra attention around here, because those moments matter. Twice a year, we gather everyone for a team lunch (sometimes with a food truck parked out front), just to catch up and spend time together.

We also like to support each other beyond the workplace, whether it’s cheering at a baseball game, showing up to a co-worker’s charity event, or helping out with a fundraiser for their kid’s sports team or dance recital. From buying raffle tickets to sharing event flyers, we show up for the things that matter to each other. At Grind All, it’s not just about what we do. It’s about who we do it with. And that’s something worth celebrating!
