Job: CNC ID-OD Grinder
Location: Brunswick, Ohio

Job Summary
Grind All Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join our precision grinding team. This position is responsible for setup and operation of CNC ID/OD grinding machines to achieve tight tolerances and exceptional surface finishes on aerospace and precision components.
The ideal candidate has strong math and measurement skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. No prior grinding experience is required! We will provide full training. This is an excellent opportunity to build a hands-on trade career in a clean, climate-controlled shop with plenty of room to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation
- Set up and operate CNC ID/OD grinding machines for precision parts
- Perform close-tolerance grinding on aerospace and high-spec materials
- Adjust feeds, speeds, and wheel dressings to meet job specifications
Inspection & Quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and tolerance requirements
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, bore gages, calipers, etc.)
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish
- Maintain documentation of quality checks and job completion data
Shop Standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company quality and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Skills and Qualifications
Experience
- Entry-level candidates welcome; will train motivated individuals (1+ year of CNC ID/OD grinding experience preferred)
- Familiarity with aerospace parts or high-precision work a plus
Technical Skills
- Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding geometric tolerances
- Experienced with micrometers, bore gages, and precision measuring tools
- Strong understanding of setups, offsets, and dressing procedures
Soft Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, team-oriented, and quality focused
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Technical or trade training preferred

We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional administrative support. As the first point of contact for our company, you will ensure a welcoming and organized environment while efficiently handling daily operations.
The ideal candidate is an organized and detail-oriented multitasker with excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of working well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Communication
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and employees
Administrative Support
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, copying, and creating documents
Office Management
- Keep the reception area neat and presentable
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Security
- Follow security procedures by managing visitor logs
- Issue access badges and monitor building access
Skills and Qualifications
Experience
